1. What Cinema Corner Is

Cinema Corner is an independent video marketplace for content creators, AI filmmakers, and independent producers to upload and sell original video content. Cinema Corner is not YouTube, not a social media platform, and not a pornography site.

2. Content Philosophy

Cinema Corner operates on a principle of artistic freedom. Uncensored at Cinema Corner means we support natural nudity when presented in an artistic, narrative, or educational context. This is not a platform for pornographic content. Pornographic content is defined as any video in which 30% or more of the total content consists of sexually explicit or adult entertainment material.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Any content involving minors in any inappropriate context whatsoever
• Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children
• Hate speech, racial slurs, or content promoting violence against any group
• Content that harasses, threatens, or targets any individual
• Illegally obtained or pirated content
• Content that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Snuff, gore, or gratuitous violence with no narrative purpose
• Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence

4. Content Review Policy

All uploaded videos are reviewed by Cinema Corner staff before being made available to the public. Cinema Corner reserves the sole right to approve, reject, or remove any content at any time, for any reason, without obligation to explain that decision. Uploading a video does not guarantee it will be published.

5. Purchase Terms

• All purchases are final. Cinema Corner does not offer refunds on purchased videos.
• Once purchased, the video is the buyers personal possession for their own private viewing.
• Buyers may not redistribute, resell, reupload, or share purchased videos without explicit written permission from the original content creator.
• Cinema Corner claims no ownership rights over purchased videos. Once a transaction is complete, Cinema Corners role as intermediary is concluded.

6. Creator Rights and Responsibilities

• Content creators retain full ownership of their original content.
• By uploading to Cinema Corner, creators grant Cinema Corner a limited license to host, display, and facilitate the sale of their content on this platform only.
• Creators are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have rights to all content they upload.
• Creators uploading content that violates this TOS forfeit any earnings from that content and may face account termination.

7. Creator Earnings

• There are no upload fees. Creators may upload content at no cost to the platform.
• Creators receive 70% of each sale. Cinema Corner retains 30% as a platform fee.
• Creators set their own prices with a minimum price of $3.99 per video.
• Videos five minutes or under in length are considered trailers. Trailers may be offered free of charge or priced at $1.00 at the creators discretion. Cinema Corner collects no platform fee on trailer sales or free trailer views.
• Earnings are subject to review and may be withheld if content is found to violate this TOS.

8. Account Termination

Cinema Corner reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for violations of this TOS. Terminated accounts forfeit any unpaid earnings if the termination is due to TOS violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cinema Corner is not responsible for the content uploaded by creators. By using this platform, users agree that Cinema Corners liability is limited to the amount paid for any specific transaction in dispute.

10. Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing content on Cinema Corner, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
